Dear Family Members:

We are working on our Reading Unit: "Sunshine and Raindrops". Next Friday, I will be assessing High Frequency words that we have worked on so far. (Refer to the Study Guide I sent home Tuesday for the exact words). I will not be assessing Friday Word Families-however, the more words they know, the better readers they will become.

I am looking closely at where the students are and how well they are progressing. I am concern with those students who cannot recognize their alphabet letters. At this point, all students should be able to

recognize all of their letters.

Report Cards were sent out today. If I have requested a conference with you, you may call the office to set up the conference 225-294-3398.
