Dear Family Members:I couldn’t believe how much the students have grown over our Winter Break. This is one of my
favorite times in Kindergarten, because the students are starting to put words together and READ!!!! It is so exciting to see them BLOOM!!
Keep working with your child on their High Frequency Words and Word Families!!! The more comfortable they get with recognizing these words the more fluent readers they will become!!!

In Math we are working on number patterns" counting to 2’s, 5’s, and 10’s.
Our Valentine Party will be Thursday, Feb 14 at 2:00. Your child will need a Valentine box and (17) Valentine cards. Please remember to have YOUR CHILDS NAME ONLY on the valentine cards. Just fill in the "FROM" part not the "TO" part. Just wanted to give you the "Heads Up" so you can be shopping for valentines and making a Valentine Box. You may send in your valentine boxes as you get them to decorate our room until the party. Also, you may send wrapped treats and I will start stuffing their treat bags for the party.
